Headlamp aim projected beam image is obviously incorrect. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. This is what my 307 2004 failed MOT on today seems strange on both headlights. Doesn't say dipped or main beam. It's worded like both headlights need replacing.. A headlamp which does not conform to diagrams 1, 2 or 3 that has a beam image which is aimed so that it dazzles other road users. 2. Projected beam image obviously incorrect, e.g. where the headlamp bulb is incorrectly fitted or the reflector is seriously corroded. Might not be too serious, mine failed because I had somehow fitted the bulb.

I have recently bought Ford Mondeo Ghia 2.0 and brought for MOT and failed with some major Advisory included both side headlamp aim projected beam image is obviously incorrect. the previous owner have installed white LED bulb (low beam) need advise how to adjust on correct aim (as per UK requirement) Thank you in advance 🙂. Nearside Headlamp aim projected beam image is obviously incorrect (4.1.2 (c)). your headlight has failed the MOT due to Nearside the Headlamp aim projected beam image being incorrect. Maybe im reading it wrong but you can't get 6500k halogen bulbs, no matter what it says on the box, so either you have after market HID's, or the Halogen bulb.
